Receiving email alert as text message on mobile phone.

Sometimes u don't have time to check your emails or any other account. The best way is to redirect your gmail server to way2sms.

By doing this you can get email alerts on your mobile phone as a text message which saves our time.

For this u need to have account on both gmail & way2sms ( that generally we have).

After creating your account -->
1. Go to settings menu of way2sms account setting.
2. Go to mail alert menu where u will find mail alert status( by default not activated)
3. Select the option of activate.
4. Once activated u will find the name of server of way2sms. Copy this id.

Now go to your gmail account settings -->

1. Select tab Forwarding & POP/IMAP.
2. Paste that id here.
3. After that u will receive a verification code on your mobile. Enter that verification code here & click on "add forwarding address"

After this you will receive email alerts on your mobile phone

Why to use getContextPath()

Friends don't ever directly use the path such as---

/images/pics/.....

It creates conflicts & that's why some times images are not shown in your jsps

request.getContextPath()
